 How to Use

    1.    Start slow: Apply a thin layer every other night (or use a timed water-rinse method–like 30 minutes on, then rinse) to build up tolerance.

    2.    Progress gradually: After 1–2 weeks, increase to nightly application.

    3.    Protect & hydrate: Follow with a lightweight moisturizer and always apply sunscreen during the day—benzoyl peroxide can increase UV sensitivity.
